The Techtop TAI 0.06kW Three Phase Electric Motor is a compact aluminium-frame motor designed for reliable continuous operation across light industrial, commercial and machinery applications.
Featuring a 0.06kW rated output, 4 pole configuration and 1370 RPM full-load speed, this motor is well suited to equipment requiring an operating speed of approximately 1400 RPM. Its compact 56A frame makes it particularly useful for smaller machinery where installation space and motor weight are important considerations.
The motor is designed for 230/415V, 50Hz operation and has a full-load current of 0.30A at 400V. It is rated for S1 continuous duty, making it suitable for applications requiring continuous operation when the motor is correctly selected and installed.
Built with an aluminium frame and TEFC construction, the Techtop TAI series combines a lightweight motor housing with dependable industrial performance. IP55 protection helps protect the motor against dust and water ingress, while Class F insulation with Class B temperature rise provides reliable thermal performance for industrial applications.
The motor uses a 56A IEC frame and has a full-load torque of 0.42Nm. Techtop specifies NSK ball bearings, with 6201ZZ / 6201ZZ C3 bearings at the drive and non-drive ends. The standard motor mass is approximately 2.9kg.
Techtop TAI aluminium motors are suitable for a range of applications including small pumps, fans and blowers, ventilation systems, conveyors, gearbox-driven equipment, OEM machinery and general industrial equipment.
Multiple mounting configurations are available across the TAI range, allowing the motor to be matched to different machinery and replacement applications. Common mounting configurations include B3 Foot Mount, B5 Flange Mount, B14 Face Mount, B34 Foot & Face Mount and B35 Foot & Flange Mount.
When replacing an existing three phase electric motor, it is important to compare the rated output, voltage, poles, RPM, frame size, shaft size, mounting configuration and physical dimensions rather than selecting a replacement based only on the kW rating.
