At Paddle Wholesale Australia, we aim to provide reliable, fast, and transparent shipping across Australia and internationally. Please read the information below carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or regional areas may experience longer transit times.

Express Shipping

  • Express options are available on selected items.
  • Delivery is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Express shipping applies to transit time only and does not reduce processing time.

Heavy & Bulky Items

Some products (such as floor grinders, industrial vacuums, motors, filters and palletised goods) are classified as heavy or bulky and:

  • Are shipped via specialised freight carriers
  • May require business addresses or forklift access
  • Cannot be sent to PO Boxes

For these items, delivery timeframes and costs will be confirmed at checkout or after purchase if a custom freight quote is required.


3. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $300 AUD (Australia only).
  • Selected products qualify for free shipping regardless of order value
  • Free shipping does not apply to oversized, palletised, or freight-only items unless stated otherwise.

4. International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local regulations, or carrier conditions.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be calculated at checkout
  • Paddle Wholesale Australia is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
  1. Product size and weight
  2. Delivery location
  3. Selected shipping method
  • In some cases, manual freight quotes may be required. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies.

6. Delivery & Authority to Leave

  • If Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected, the order will be left at the delivery address at the carrier’s discretion.
  • Paddle Wholesale Australia is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed under ATL.
  • If no ATL is provided and delivery cannot be completed, re-delivery fees may apply.

7. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Please monitor your tracking and contact the carrier directly for delivery updates where possible.

If your order:

  1. Is delayed
  2. Is marked as delivered but not received
  3. Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

     

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  1. Re-shipping fees will apply
  2. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs

9. Partial Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels at no extra cost to you. Tracking will be provided for each shipment where applicable.
