EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@paddlewholesale.com with the following:

  • Your name
  • Your order number or contract details
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw

We will send you an email confirmation of your withdrawal request promptly upon receipt.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The direct cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs if you chose a non-standard delivery option), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, provided we have received the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. No restocking fee applies to valid EU withdrawal returns.

Exempt Products

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or connected (including motor capacitors, electric motors, mini motor starters, control modules, and filters)
  • Consumable items that have been used (including polishing pads, grinding segments, diamond tooling, and abrasives)
  • Custom-made or special-order products not part of our standard range
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery

Extended Withdrawal Period

If we fail to provide you with the required information about your right of withdrawal before you place your order, your withdrawal period is extended to 12 months and 14 days.
