Double Rectangle Redi Lock Grinding Shoe | Concrete Grinding Segment The Double Rectangle Redi Lock Grinding Shoe is engineered for professional concrete grinding, floor levelling, and surface preparation applications. Featuring two rectangular diamond segments, it offers increased surface contact and improved grinding efficiency compared to single-segment tools, making it an excellent choice for large commercial and industrial flooring projects. The dual-segment design distributes grinding pressure evenly across the floor, providing stable operation, reduced vibration, and a consistent scratch pattern. This helps contractors achieve faster floor coverage while maintaining excellent surface quality during the early grinding stages. Available in 16 grit and 30 grit options with Soft, Medium, and Hard bond formulations, these grinding shoes can be matched to different concrete hardness levels for maximum productivity and tool life. The Redi Lock quick-change system allows fast, tool-free installation and removal, helping reduce downtime and increase productivity on site. For thick coating removal, contractors often begin with PCD Diamond Tools before switching to these grinding segments. After grinding, continue the polishing process using our range of Concrete Polishing Pads to achieve a smooth, professional finish.
